Кабинет Министров Кыргызской Республики осуществляет контроль и принимает меры по недопущению незаконного оборота пакетов из полимерной пленки и пластиковых изделий, указанных в части 1 статьи 3 настоящего Закона, в особо охраняемых природных и биосферных территориях Кыргызской Республики, а с 1 января 2027 года - на всей территории Кыргызской Республики.
