1. Медалью "Данк" награждаются лица, указанные в абзаце первом части 3 статьи 1 настоящего Закона, за особые заслуги в государственной или общественной деятельности, государственной или муниципальной службе, производственной, научно-технической, творческой, воспитательной, общественной и благотворительной деятельности.
2. Медаль "Данк" носится на левой стороне груди после орденов Кыргызской Республики.
