Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О государственных закупках" (газета "Эркин-Тоо" от 15 апреля 2022 года № 34) следующее изменение: часть 4 статьи 2 дополнить пунктом 41 следующего содержания: "41) осуществляемые государственными высшими учебными заведениями, обладающими особым статусом;".
