Внести в Уголовный кодекс Кыргызской Республики (газета «Эркин-Тоо» от 16 ноября 2021 года № 122-133) следующее изменение:
в наименовании и абзаце первом части 1 статьи 247 слова «тендеров» и «тендера» заменить словами «государственных закупок (закупок)».
