1. Осуществление дорожной деятельности в отношении автомобильных дорог общего пользования обеспечивается уполномоченным государственным органом в сфере транспорта и коммуникаций.
2. Осуществление дорожной деятельности в отношении автомобильных дорог ведомственного и муниципального значений, а также частных автомобильных дорог обеспечивается их собственниками.
