1. Нотариус по совместному письменному заявлению супругов или собственников (совместной или долевой собственности) выдает свидетельство о праве собственности на долю в общем имуществе.
2. Свидетельство о праве собственности на недвижимое имущество выдается нотариусом по месту нахождения этого имущества.
