Статья 103. Принятие на хранение документов

1. Нотариус принимает на хранение документы по описи. Один экземпляр документов по описи остается у нотариуса, другой экземпляр выдается лицу, сдавшему документы на хранение.
2. Лицу, сдавшему документы на хранение, выдается свидетельство.
