Настоящий Закон подлежит официальному опубликованию и вступает в силу с первого числа месяца, следующего за месяцем официального опубликования. Опубликован в газете "Эркин Тоо" от 11 ноября 2022 года № 98 Пункт 3 статьи 1 настоящего Закона действует до 1 января 2027 года. Кабинету Министров Кыргызской Республики в шестимесячный срок привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
