Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об оружии" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., № 11, ст.448) следующие изменения: в части одиннадцатой статьи 15:
а) в пункте 4 слова "и (или) проступка" исключить;
б) в пункте 7 слово "постоянного" исключить.
