Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об обороне и Вооруженных Силах Кыргызской Республики" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2009 г., № 7, ст.752) следующие изменения: в статье 16:

а) статью после слов "Местные государственные администрации" дополнить словами "и органы местного самоуправления";

б) пункт 9 изложить в следующей редакции:

"9) вносить в Кабинет Министров Кыргызской Республики, уполномоченный государственный орган, ведающий вопросами обороны, предложения по улучшению организации гражданской защиты и территориальной обороны;".
