1. Парламентской оппозицией является фракция или депутатская группа, официально объявившая о своей оппозиции на заседании Жогорку Кенеша.
2. Фракция или депутатская группа утрачивает статус парламентской оппозиции с момента официального объявления на заседании Жогорку Кенеша об отказе от статуса парламентской оппозиции.
