1. Банковская тайна - это любые сведения, которые были переданы клиентом банку либо созданы банком, либо возникли иным образом в связи со взаимоотношением банка с клиентом, включая их преддоговорные отношения, в ходе осуществления банковской деятельности.
2. К банковской тайне не относятся:
