1. Суд по делу выносит решение о возбуждении производства по делу о принудительной ликвидации банка, начале процедуры принудительной ликвидации и назначении ликвидатора.
2. Решение суда вступает в законную силу немедленно со дня его вынесения.
3. Решение суда может быть обжаловано в вышестоящий суд в пятидневный срок со дня вынесения решения.
