1. Органами управления Дорожного фонда являются:
1) Наблюдательный совет Дорожного фонда - высший орган управления;
2) секретариат Дорожного фонда - исполнительный орган.
2. Полномочия органов управления Дорожного фонда, порядок их взаимодействия по распределению средств Дорожного фонда утверждаются Кабинетом Министров Кыргызской Республики.
