1. Право Корпорации на свободный поиск, получение, производство и распространение массовой информации гарантируется государством.
2. Выпуск телерадиовещательной продукции осуществляется свободно, независимо и без каких-либо ограничений, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных Конституцией и законами Кыргызской Республики.
