Внести в Гражданский процессуальный кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2017 г., № 1 (2), ст.14) следующее изменение: в части 2 статьи 405 слова "налоговый орган или иной" исключить.
