Налоговый режим, предусмотренный настоящей главой, применяется только в отношении резидентов Парка высоких технологий, осуществляющих хозяйственную или внешнеэкономическую деятельность, при условии соответствия требованиям, установленным законодательством Кыргызской Республики о Парке высоких технологий.
