Обжалование решений, а также действий (бездействия) принимаемых (осуществляемых) в рамках уголовно-процессуального законодательства, осуществляется в порядке, предусмотренном Уголовно-процессуальным кодексом Кыргызской Республики. ОСОБЕННАЯ ЧАСТЬ
