1. Оценщики могут объединяться на условиях членства оценщиков в профессиональные некоммерческие общественные организации для защиты профессиональных прав и интересов.
2. Профессиональное объединение оценщиков создается в форме некоммерческой организации, основанной на добровольном членстве оценщиков (оценочных организаций) в соответствии с гражданским законодательством.
