Совет судей отказывает в привлечении судьи к дисциплинарной ответственности в случаях:
1) истечения срока привлечения судьи к дисциплинарной ответственности, предусмотренного статьей 28 настоящего Закона;
2) отсутствия оснований для привлечения судьи к дисциплинарной ответственности.
