Лицо, совершившее деяние, предусмотренное настоящим Кодексом, подлежит наказанию и (или) другим мерам уголовно-правового воздействия. Освобождение от уголовной ответственности, наказания или его отбывания, а также замена наказания более мягким допускаются лишь в случаях, предусмотренных настоящим Кодексом.
