Распространение о кандидате в депутаты или на иную выборную должность заведомо ложных сведений, порочащих честь или достоинство кандидата, – влечет наложение штрафа на физических лиц в размере 125 расчетных показателей, на юридических лиц – 350 расчетных показателей.
