Статья 473. Уполномоченный орган в сфере таможенного дела

Уполномоченный орган в сфере таможенного дела рассматривает дела о правонарушениях и налагает взыскания, предусмотренные статьями 181, 185, 195, частью 5 статьи 200, статьями 262, 357-380 настоящего Кодекса.
Примечание. Дела о правонарушениях и взыскания, предусмотренные статьями 181, 185, 195, частью 5 статьи 200, статьей 262 настоящего Кодекса, рассматриваются и налагаются уполномоченным органом в сфере таможенного дела при осуществлении контроля на пунктах пропуска через Государственную границу Кыргызской Республики.
