Уполномоченный орган по контролю и надзору за соблюдением земельного и водного законодательства рассматривает дела о правонарушениях и налагает взыскания, предусмотренные статьями 116–120, 149, 237, 239, 241, 242, 246–250, 251, 252 и 269 настоящего Кодекса.
