Неправомерный отказ в предоставлении информации, предоставление которой предусмотрено Законом Кыргызской Республики "О праве на доступ к информации", несвоевременное предоставление либо предоставление недостоверной информации - влекут наложение штрафа на юридических лиц в размере 50 расчетных показателей.
