Нарушение срока обмена документов, удостоверяющих личность, в случае изменения фамилии супругов (супруга) при заключении или расторжении брака; перемены фамилии, имени, отчества; внесения изменений и исправлений в записи актов гражданского состояния – влечет наложение штрафа на физических лиц в размере 10 расчетных показателей.
