1. Нарушение порядка снабжения тепловой энергией –
влечет наложение штрафа на физических лиц в размере 55 расчетных показателей, на юридических лиц – 170 расчетных показателей.
2. Нарушение порядка присоединения к тепловой сети теплогенерирующей установки потребителя тепловой энергии –
влечет наложение штрафа на физических лиц в размере 75 расчетных показателей, на юридических лиц – 230 расчетных показателей.
