Умышленные или неосторожные потрава посевов, порча или уничтожение находящегося в поле собранного урожая сельскохозяйственных культур, повреждение насаждений – влечет наложение штрафа на физических лиц в размере 200 расчетных показателей, на юридических лиц – 650 расчетных показателей.
