Нарушение правил эксплуатации установок или производств по переработке либо утилизации отходов, или объектов для хранения, либо захоронения промышленных, бытовых или других отходов – влечет наложение штрафа на физических лиц в размере 75 расчетных показателей, на юридических лиц – 230 расчетных показателей.
