1. Представление заведомо ложной информации об объекте градостроительства и архитектуры –
влечет наложение штрафа на физических лиц в размере 100 расчетных показателей, на юридических лиц – 280 расчетных показателей.
2. Отказ от представления соответствующей информации для градостроительно-архитектурной деятельности –
влечет наложение штрафа на физических лиц в размере 100 расчетных показателей, на юридических лиц – 280 расчетных показателей.
