1. Каждый имеет право на свободу мысли и мнения.
2. Каждый имеет право на свободу выражения своего мнения, свободу слова и печати.
3. Никто не может быть принужден к выражению своего мнения или отказу от него.
4. Запрещается пропаганда национальной, расовой, религиозной ненависти, гендерного и иного социального превосходства, призывающая к дискриминации, вражде или насилию.
