1. Принятый Жогорку Кенешем закон в течение 14 рабочих дней направляется Президенту для подписания.
2. Президент не позднее одного месяца со дня получения закона подписывает или возвращает его со своими возражениями в Жогорку Кенеш для повторного рассмотрения.
3. Если при повторном рассмотрении возвращенный с возражениями закон будет одобрен в ранее принятой редакции большинством не менее двух третей голосов от общего числа депутатов Жогорку Кенеша, такой закон подлежит подписанию Президентом в течение 14 рабочих дней со дня поступления.
