Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об обороне и Вооруженных Силах Кыргызской Республики" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2009 г., № 7, ст.752) следующее изменение: часть 2 статьи 26 после слова "преступлениях" дополнить словами "и (или) проступках".
