1. Перевод сотрудника органов прокуратуры в другой государственный орган и из государственного органа в органы прокуратуры осуществляется с согласия сотрудника, выраженного в письменной форме, по согласованию с руководителем государственного органа, с учетом соответствия квалификационным и иным требованиям, установленным законодательством, регулирующим порядок поступления и прохождения соответствующих видов государственной службы.
2. Со дня издания приказа о переводе сотрудника в другой государственный орган на данный орган возлагается ответственность за его трудоустройство, сохранение социальных гарантий, предусмотренных для сотрудников.
