Настоящий Закон вступает в силу по истечении шести месяцев со дня официального опубликования. Опубликован в газете "Эркин Тоо" от 7 августа 2020 года № 62(3134) Правительству Кыргызской Республики привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
