При применении статьи 3 настоящего Закона следует исходить из срока наказания, не отбытого на день вступления в силу настоящего Закона, а в отношении лиц, осужденных после вступления в силу настоящего Закона, неотбытый срок наказания исчислять со дня вступления приговора в законную силу.
