Настоящий Закон вступает в силу по истечении пятнадцати дней со дня официального опубликования. Опубликован в газете "Эркин Тоо" от 6 марта 2020 года № 25(3097) Правительству Кыргызской Республики в трехмесячный срок привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
