Настоящий Закон вступает в силу со дня официального опубликования. Правительству Кыргызской Республики и Центральной комиссии по выборам и проведению референдумов Кыргызской Республики:
- привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Законом;
- принять необходимые нормативные правовые акты, вытекающие из настоящего Закона.
