1. Погребение сотрудника, погибшего (умершего) во время прохождения службы или умершего после окончания службы вследствие травмы, ранения, контузии или заболевания, полученных в период прохождения службы, осуществляется за счет средств, выделяемых на финансирование правоохранительных органов и организуется руководителями соответствующих подразделений правоохранительных органов.
2. Порядок отдания почестей при погребении сотрудника определяется руководителем правоохранительного органа.
