1. Сотруднику для завершения работ научного характера, а также в других случаях, связанных с представлением Кыргызской Республики на международном уровне в сфере развития культуры, искусства и спорта, предоставляется творческий отпуск.
2. Порядок и условия предоставления творческого отпуска определяются правоохранительным органом.
