Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об экспортном контроле" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2003 г., № 3, ст.135) следующее изменение: абзац четвертый статьи 7 изложить в следующей редакции: "совершение таможенных операций при экспорте, импорте, реэкспорте и транзите контролируемой продукции в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики;".
