Настоящий Закон вступает в силу по истечении десяти дней со дня официального опубликования. Опубликован в газете "Эркин Тоо" от 28 декабря 2018 года N 106 Правительству Кыргызской Республики в шестимесячный срок привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
