Плательщиком является лицо, подавшее заявление на регистрацию или перерегистрацию в Едином государственном реестре аудиторов, аудиторскихжд организаций и профессиональных аудиторских объединений, за исключением профессиональных аудиторских объединений, а также аудитор, аудиторская организация, зарегистрированные в Едином государственном реестре.
