1. Условия оплаты труда сотрудников уполномоченного органа устанавливаются Правительством Кыргызской Республики.
2. Пенсионное обеспечение сотрудников уполномоченного органа и членов их семей осуществляется в порядке, установленном законодательством, регулирующим сферу пенсионного обеспечения военнослужащих.
