Правительству Кыргызской Республики в шестимесячный срок привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Законом. Настоящий Закон вступает в силу с 1 января 2019 года, за исключением абзаца пятого пункта 4 статьи 1, который вступает в силу с 1 июля 2019 года.
