The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон Кыргызской Республики от 3 марта 2023 года № 49.

Внести в Уголовно-процессуальный кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., № 10, ст.442) следующее изменение: в части 2 статьи 94 слова "а также" исключить.
