1. Никто не вправе принудить стороны к урегулированию спора посредством медиации.
2. Никто не вправе принудить медиатора к оказанию помощи по урегулированию спора посредством медиации.
3. Достигнутые сторонами медиации договоренности исполняются добровольно.
