Внести в Налоговый кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2008 г., № 8, ст.922) следующее изменение: пункт 5 части 1 статьи 108 изложить в следующей редакции: "5) обозначение товаров, подлежащих маркировке, марками акцизного сбора и соответствующими знаками (метками) и их подлинность.".
