Внести в Уголовный кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1998 г., № 7, ст.229) следующее изменение: в абзаце втором части 1 статьи 3041 слова "на срок до трех лет или без такового" заменить словами "в государственных контролирующих органах".
