Правительство Кыргызской Республики гарантирует государственную защиту и поддержку инновационной деятельности путем обеспечения равных условий всем физическим и юридическим лицам, осуществляющим свою деятельность в сфере науки и техники, в соответствии с Законом Кыргызской Республики "Об инновационной деятельности".
